I am a recent subsciber and appear to be having difficulties downloading anything.

I know the instalation has been successfull as members are uploading and on the first day I managed to download 3 items.

I am doing nothing different to then so can I ask for some suggestions.

If you are paying for that service with a credit card I would contact them and see what your options are on a fraudulent service, I.E. to try to get your money back. If we get the card companys on them it might shut them down and keep other people from being suckkered in.

I am a registered user of KCeasy, but i am having problems downloading anything.

The networks rarely connect, and when they do, all my attempted downloads say 'queued', or 'finding more sources'.

Nothing i try works, could it be a problem with some really obscure settings option?

any help would be really appreciated

Unknown , need to know a little about your system. and what version you are running and what plugins you have.
